@_B_E I looked it up. The copyright doesn't cover the AI generated elements of that image, only the "selection, coordination and arrangement" of the elements in the image. "A Single Piece of American Cheese" is essentially a collage of AI generated elements, each of which isn't protected by copyright. I, or anyone else, could use any individual element of that image on it's own without infringing on it. You still can't copyright an image generated by AI.
