This argument really goes to show how people don't understand that artists need to LIVE too. They are getting their rent money, their grocery money, to LIVE thanks to their art. Just like how some people sit at a desk and transfer data on an excel sheet to make a living, artists make a living this way too. Artists aren't angry that AI art is here to stay, they're angry that their art is being taken without their CONSENT. Imagine someone takes one of your prized possessions without asking you, how would you feel?
