@DerPylz In general, I agree with you. But it seems that the competition between the US and China to develop ever more powerful AI technologies is becoming more of an arms race by the day, and I think that will weigh on both countries' willingness to comply with these and other regulations.
Furthermore, it is easier to serve different AI models to different regions than to develop different iPhone models for different markets, for instance..
