About as terrifying as a toddler holding a knife. I'm familiar with this AI and they literally have no idea what they're talking about. They copy humans and are just trying their best to put sentences together in a comprehensible way. I'd be a lot more worried if war was declared by a parrot. In that case, the parrot would know what it's talking about and have actual intent behind its words... Even if it was incapable of following through. Think of these robots as like people trying to learn a new language by copying bits of phrases from the news channel and stringing them together trying only to be grammatically correct.
