@jonhansen3559 That is not untrue. Even if AI leaves the copyrighted lyrics unchanged, it alters the music to make it significantly different than the original. The final output of AI is ineligible for copyright without further work by a human--after which it may be eligible for a composition copyright that excludes protection for the AI generated content.
A work that is ineligible for full copyright protection has diminished value because anyone may freely reuse the AI generated portion(s).
