@CTIPrecision If someone makes AI Art and tries to pass it off as human made, then that's just a problem of outright lying and this issue goes beyond just art. I think people should have at least the moral standard in disclaiming that their stuff is AI whenever it is.
If AI becomes autonomous enough and capable of making art on its own will without a human behind it to prompt or give any input for the result, then assuming it has plain human-like sentience and emotions and emulates the human brain acfurately enough for it, 99,9% of the ethical problems regarding AI Art are solved by default in my opinion as it is effectively just a human in a metal and silicon case.
