Lying to lose customers is a poor choice. I trust Indian associates. I do not trust AI.
People dont usually make assumptions about who’s working in the back-office anyway, so there’s no need to explain who’s analyzing a document, let alone lie about it, especially considering that the lie would be likely to reduce willingness to use their company..
