It was cool because it kinda felt like looking at how moss grows, it was so hazy and felt as if the AI didn't really know what it was trying to do.
Human art is cool because it's deliberate and there is an idea behind them.
AI prompts only look interesting to me when they feel "broken" and inhuman, like watching someone with a mental illness and isn't fully conscious trying to express themselves.
My fav example (although not really cuz it's drawn by a human) is the scifi manga Blame, where an AI house builder has gone haywire after thousands of years without human interference, and generates these absolutely massive, oppressive and bizarre looking structures
