@SarahAbramova They aren't your images. The jokes are much easier to write with those images. Imagine if you couldn't pikachu face but had to draw the feeling or come up with a phrase to convey that feeling.
There's a definitional problem with AI thievery. AI does not seem to be different in kind but only in degree from most of what we do on the internet. It's more like grand theft art whereas a meme is...a meme.
So, the way to beat AI art legally would be either to accept that its a difference in degree and legislate against it or figure out a definition that makes it different in kind and legislate against that.
