The economy will change totally. The wealth depends on the quantity and quality of services and goods. If these services and goods are made by robots, money will become obsolete, or replaced by something very similar to vouchers, but money will be irrelevant. On the other hand, a voucher will become very relevant because it doesn't stay on the system, once you spend it it will go out of the mess. Another big problem is the fact that an average Joe pays taxes, so everytime a robot replaces a human, it means less taxes are going to the governement. In short, asking how to fund the UBI is a totally wrong question. All you need is a total change in the way we think about economy. I see many journalists asking stupid questions like "How do you fund an UBI?" These are stupid questions, probably suggested by some rich donours. Humans lived for millions of years without money, and we will start to live again without money very soon.
