The LLM will not only learn from what the 10 surgeons tell him...but also from 1) all the other surgeons in the world and 2) all the latest surgery research. The LLM will eventually know more than his 10 friends and all other surgeons in the world. So yes, while AI will never be human...it will be able to perform tasks (like diagnose and do surgery) better than any human-FOREVER.
