It completely depends on how you are using it. You could easily be without all the context that will help you maintain or improve it, you could have errors in your data or code, you could have not learned basically anything reducing yourself to the glue between activities. I'd suggest that to use it is a brainstorming, searching and reviewer buddy. It can become a crutch and also a handicap. It's easy to vibe yourself through something but you've got not enough context to know when the AI got it wrong. That may be ok when working on something not mission critical but your practice time on those things won't be helping when it is
