I don't know about cybersecurity, penetration testers only focus on scratches, they don't need to understand the whole system (although the more they know the better), however I can imagine a system in the future where an AI catches a breach on the fly, monitoring requests, but we're far off from that. Perhaps some level of cybersecurity will be replaced at the start, but it will take some time to replace cybersecurity workers, in fact, I think in the coming years, demand is going to grow, it has been growing for some time and AI is going to leave current systems exposed to a higher number of iterative attacks...
