@genegray9895 "Since 2012 the performance of the state of the art AI systems has increased by more than 10x every single year" Is there a source for this claim? My understanding is that increases come from three directions: hardware, algorithms, money. Graphics cards have managed ~40%/year, algorithms ~40%/year. Every year more money is invested in building bigger systems, but I don't think it's 5x more per year.
