The only company who seem to be doing okay approach is Waymo. Multi sensor approach that's clearly superior to human sensory system and the bizzaire Tesla's half-witted approach of just having non-stereo cameras. The Cybercab even makes less sense as you have to own the taxi, which means inefficient, long downtime. Though I think demand for personal vehicle probably increased with pandemic, as there are some hygienic concerns being in same cabin with bunch of others. Maybe unreasonable, but it is what it is.
