@thewannabecritic7490 no. Because no theft happens. Neither does any copying of images. It simply learns based off of "looking" at images. Same as any artist.
It can be made to create essentially copied images if that's what you want. But so can any artist.
AI doesn't steal and it's creations aren't copying people's aren't. That's simply not how they work. Period.
