An eye tracker is a good technology or paralyzed artists, but that isn't AI art, more like digital art using your eyes instead of your hand. For dislexic people, tools like text to speech or even basic spell check is more than enough for them, note: some can spell better than non-dislexic people because they put in the time to overcome their dislexia. Tech should be focused on making the tools to help them with their expression, not do it for them. Now yes AI can improve spell/grammer check, I believe tools like Grammery already do this. And AI can help with better identification of eye movements for more accurate results. These are good uses of AI.
