What other fields? What different jobs? If AIs can do almost all of the current jobs, wouldn't they be able to do almost all of the new jobs? Building new automation takes time, know-how, and effort, but training an AI on a new job takes the same effort as training an AI on an old job. You might get short term opportunities while companies work out what the new job is, but then the job will be handed back to AIs.
So this doesn't restructure the job market, it destroys it. And it also destroys the economy, since there won't really be any consumers anymore. For awhile businesses will depend on the government to support the system. But they won't want to pay enough taxes for that to work for very long.
