If you knew anything about the actual process you’d know how difficult it is to get rid of biases like these. You have to make sure your sample size is good and diverse enough, which depending on what you’re doing can be very hard, and make sure your AI is doing what it’s supposed to be doing. It’s a black box in there, thats not very easy to troubleshoot
