The works used by these engines can all be found through a google image search and the way AI training works is not simple photobash. No copies of the works themselves are saved or distributed, and unless the engine or LORA is specifically geared towards an artist's specific style (a practice frowned upon by a considerable portion of the AI-art community, including the maker of Pony XL), it's transformative enough that you couldn't point to a generation of an engine trained on one or more of your works and identify anything of your own.
It's transformative, not derivative.
