No, but 5 years ago, many believed that radiologists would be replaced by AI. Still has not happened. No even close. Five years ago, many believed that fully self driving cars will be a thing by now. Still has not happened.

This is inconsistent with what I found. From what I found, the sizes of these AI models(and thus the price to train them), grow faster then their capabilities do. This could realistically make them inefficient in the future.
