Now I ask you a question: who will regulate AI, the government of each country or will it be regulated worldwide? As you mentioned, AI can be used for both good and evil, and humans with bad intentions abound. The population has been experiencing problems with politicians for decades, whether they are from the right or left, I don't think that regulating will solve 100%.
