They think it's just a handful of men and not all men.
But in Portugal, a European country with only 10 million people, which half are men (5 million), and 1/3 are older men who dont understand internet...a telegram group where 70 THOUSAND men shared revenge porn, secret cameras (even of random women in public) and likely some deep fakes.
