"The artist is burdened to make manifest in our reality what they observe of the ethereal." A computer/neural network which has no consciousness or soul cannot "observe" or undergo the necessary life experiences to achieve what you describe. AI is not nor ever will truly be a sentient "being". (Actually, to call it a being is actually an oxymoron, imo.)
