The argument about "doppelgangers" is irrelevant because Officer Jager didn't just fail to verify an ID; he manufactured a conspiracy to explain away reality. When the official DMV check confirmed Jason Killinger was exactly who he said he was, Jager didn't "run out of options"; he told his supervisor that Killinger must have a "DMV hook-up" to create fake-but-valid government records. Killinger presented a Nevada Real ID, a UPS pay stub for a 20-year career, and a Department of Transportation medical card. Yet, Jager chose to trust an "advisory" casino AI match that he later admitted in a sworn deposition never should have been used as the sole basis for arrest. Arresting a man for 11 hours despite mountainous documentary evidence just because a computer screen said "100% match" isn't a "logical defense," it is the literal definition of unlawful arrest and fabrication of evidence. So, you sound stupid.
