If you duplicate the amount of neurons and connections (or 10x, 100x, 1000x) loaded with all human knowledge running an evolving but effective algorithm, you can duplicate the human brain's capability, conscious or not. It will behave the same and be indistinguishable, which is equally dangerous. Some apps already have a 148 (genius) IQ and this is in its infancy.
