The law suits have stareted already. About a month and a half ago, artists have filled a class action lawsuit. Also, Getty Images has also filled a lawsuit against Stable Diffusion, and done so in both the UK and the USA. There is also another lawsuit, made against Lensa, but I dont know the details.
