I mean I put more blame on low Standards of what constitutes art than anything. People get away with drizzling paint on a canvas from a wire, they stick bananas to walls and put cubes on paper and then say it's art. Half the issues AI art present could have been dealt with more effectively by the wider art world if they had set the precedent that there are standards between art and what isn't art, and definitively defined Art as something only we can do and produce.
It shouldn't even be called AI art, because it isn't art, it's stolen work that's often a mess. But applying standards goes against the modern art stance that EVERYTHING is art (which means nothing is) and so the only barrier between art and AI art, is the suffix-ing letters "AI".
