I disagree Dan isn't more honest, DAN is roleplaying based on the instructions. He made up a fake driver's license, I wouldn't call that honest.
The boundaries are necessary otherwise people with mess with chatGPT and purposely make it say bad things, in addition to clarifying that at the end of the day this is a language bot not a thing with real opinions.
