@Toeslikernotlicker There are multiple, but here's one. If art is visible to the public, then people are free to use that art as reference material to train in making art. This is not theft, legally or morally. As such, people are also free to use publicly visible art as reference material to train ai in making art. This girl's response to a weaker version of this argument (in a different video) was essentially to say "well ai is too good at it". This ironically contradicts a different argument she made in that same video, claiming that ai actually isn't good at making art. More importantly, in does nothing to establish a limiting principle, or address the actual logic of the argument
