Hi I also have anphantasia but I've realized that it's still better to use non GenAI resources for this. 3D posable models are great when it comes down to making my own references. I recommend the ones used in clip paint studio for the amount of customization they have. But there's plenty free ones online too.
I also still use pintrest. Because even if I don't recognize an image as AI. I still didn't give my money to the people who scraped my work for their models.
It's rough. But you can do it without AI.
