@AlanSanderson-p9r I take it you know that a humans ability to learn is not based on an algorithm? If you know how DNA works, you would immediately see its a type of algorithm. Its very much like computer code. DNA is a code. Algorithms are seen in nature. Why wouldn't our ability to learn be an algorithm? Evolution itself is an algorithm.
