@Ed-zo2gr Yes but you can't define if someone's art is stolen without reverse - engineering the data itself which is technically impossible without the originality of said data being easily - displayed from the developers.
The perspective of a small business trying to promote their company isn't just a single aspect of commissioning an art, they also have to precisely say what they want to be drawn, which can take days if not weeks, and only hours of said response from an artist can be extremely expensive which is normal in the business of artists which the majority of small businesses can't afford.
For developers of A.I's that generate images, It's impossible to find "stolen art"(can't be proven until in a court of law) because the senders of "art that was made by a human" post thousands if not millions of images to the A.I model itself, that takes years if not decades to prove whether all images were authorized by the artist themselves.
In retrospect of one's mind, this is exactly what an A.I does that a human brain would do, it takes the image it sees, processes it then "creates" what is shown, this is exactly what "inspiration" is.
I don't agree that A.I models are presumptively stealing other pieces of art that was by an artist without permission, but I also disagree that minimizing artists that use A.I is reasonable, they're not just using their hands or "worthy" tools, like a brush.
It's not a competition, art doesn't have an accurate meaning and there are no rules, it is purely creativity, that's it. If people use it in a contest, then that's different, but blatantly insulting and gatekeeping other types of artists is harmful, not every A.I artist is saying they made this art, or criticizing real work, or fully using it for certain purposes.
And again, this creates a toxic train where both sides don't want to agree and disagree on certain things, they just want to demonize the other side because of logical fallacies that can't be proven. There are literally artists that are being criticized for assumingly using A.I art because they just made a simple mistake.
In a blunt manner, "poisoning" A.I art is merely a delusion from an egotistical narrative that is proven from justifying a coincidence, it doesn't help anyone, just makes others feel good because the other side is "bad".
