@KAZVorpalI keep hearing the "ai management" point brought up and it just reads as unsustainable to me tbh. The point of the tech is to replace the people in the processes it partakes in, can't help but think that with linear improvement they just replaces more and more jobs till we're left with very high level or specialist positions just due to limited resources/ distribution ( we are already assaulted by an unfathomable amount of info and content, dunno how even more will be able to profit from it) and modt will be left with grunt work, y'know, even worse with the development of robotics.
For me it just reads like a completely different animal from the industrial revolution or other developments of its kind.
