Assumed the pedestrian would stop? She was already in the middle of the road at night. A car can Not "assume" , its makes decisions based on informations we humanes give.
Its 4 years since the accident and still now AI is completly new.
The Car shouldnt be even the disussion Here. I See two people wo make terrible decisions. The pedestrian could be in an aweful mental state or in another scenario an anjmal crossing the road. The Driver passed the liscence Test and clearly gives a Shit about the road while sitting in a Potential weapon. I have absolutely No understanding for the driver Here.
