@movullina ...which is subjective, especially in the creative world. At the risk of doing 'whataboutisms', I'm going to do whataboutisms. Profiting off hand drawn (yes, that even means art you drew) fan art is stealing anothers IP. Ripping music, shows, and videos is stealing. Copying images on the net thats copyrighted is stealing (Yes, we've all done this.) Plagiarism is stealing (which AI doesn't do, but might produce similar results if you get really lucky.) These are all crimes that 99% of the time go unpunished, and you are worried about a few pixels taken from the vast internet - most is just random free stock art? Might as well ban the whole internet then.
You can always play it safe and never put your art on the net. I mean, pre-2000, it's what we all did.
