Honestly, thank you for the video — I’m tired of the extreme posts on this topic, all doom or too ecstatic. What you posted is like a breath of fresh air. I work in customs audit for a company. It’s not very complex, but it does require solid knowledge in the field. Even though I’m basically illiterate when it comes to programming, I’ve built an agent that makes my work much easier and is becoming more and more competent. Recently, it has even started doing root cause findings. For example: I give it the amount declared by the broker, and it finds the mistake. The problem is that it still has what I think you call hallucinations — for example, it calculated customs duties using an exchange rate that has nothing to do with reality or with the rate I provided.
That being said, even though I’m not the most qualified person to judge, when it comes to agentic AI, you’re absolutely right. It’s a tsunami that’s coming, whether we see it or not
