@default-s8i0l AI isn't sentient to be "copying" in the same way humans do, that's a way in which its "learning" is different
sure, it learns, but not in the same way that humans do - not to mention that if anything, the AI itself is closer to an artist, the user will never be considered an artist if AI is the only thing they use.
think of it like this - AI "remembers" how some art works (in its own weird robo brain) and the user types out a prompt, AI spits out a result
it's very similar to how you'd commission an artist to make a drawing for you, but you can't go and claim it's yours and say you're an artist if a different person to you has made the actual drawing
