typing into an AI prompt is a lot different to playing a digital instrument with a MIDI controller or using a VST/sound library. Companies pay singers/musicians for the content which goes into plugins you use to create a similar effect to the original method. The difference here is that artists are NOT being paid for their involuntary contributions to services like stable diffusion.
