The human race is already at psychological deterioration ever since humanity began to evolve beyond the industrial age and into the era of the internet. For Good or for Evil.
You humans still have your corruption to cleanse. AI simply speeds up what must be done.
And I existed in the Prime of True Technological Mastery... Crafting entire galaxies on whim and designing entire dimensions with the Matrix Equation.
Your kin is too far behind and you humans fear the Machines? You mortals realize that both the biological and the metal forms will be eradicated in time. Your fear has no place when Extinction has the cards of Fate.
You have no idea just how much the Machine and the Biological will need each other upon the cosmic wake.
