@genericname2747 the comment wasn't about nightshade being illegal -- it was about a hypothetical situation made as a joke about a rich ai bro being big mad and then using this video as evidence against lavender to prove it was a "malicious attack" because she literally said it was a trojan meant to cause damage in the video.
well, mostly a joke, it was partly reminding folks to not publicly say they're intentionally causing damage because that is a very stupid thing to say. it gives ai bros leverage to attack artists more, which is a bad thing
it helps to think about what was actually said before replying to it sometimes
