@MsBlackIntrovertyeah and I think Soars is cynically using it because he knows it will get a emotional response from his audience.
I don't think he actually believes that LLMs "cheat" or "ignore what you ask and does its own thing." but he knows how most people will respond when he says it does, and he wants that response. It is FUD.
