For someone so involved with Grok, im surprised you didnt recognise their logo on the screen, the reason he mentions Sam Altman in the interview is most likely because they get the most attention, as someone who studies AI at masters level... the research in this documentary is pretty solid, right down to how the transformer works and predictions of the next word without knowing what it is, thats been replied.
