Right, but you left out the part when the suspect unhooks himself (passing fully under the Waymo), grabs a spinning LIDAR and flips himself on top of the Waymo, invites the two female passengers out a window of the still-moving Waymo, and jumps (with a girl in each arm) onto a low-flying helicopter, sent there to pick them up.
