The thing about this is that there’s a prisoner’s dilemma for AI implementation. There’s not a lot of motivation to get it up and running because you know it means a lot of people will be out of work. Main thing with AI is that there’s basically no marginal cost in maximizing parallelism, whereas humans are extremely expensive to parallelize.
