LLMs have no real desire to perform, to help people. They are just software, which does not fear making mistakes or causing harm. It can not feel the urge to care, nor has it a concept of "consequences". It is trained on a static set of data of the past without any real world context. It does not dynamically learn, it can not adapt, it has no empathy. It is a text generator. Letting these things loose into the medical field is a true nightmare.
