THIS!! I enjoy listening to mindfulness talks when I'm doing yoga, but lately it is hard to sort through all the ones that are AI generated. The teachings might still be valuable and salient - but I don't want to listen to teachings about "working with my mind" or other timeless wisdom from a damn computer.
