I agree to a point because without even 99% unemployment homeowners stop spending once unemployment goes a few percentage never mind double digits in upwards of 50-90%. Hopefully his wrong but it seems like most people are doing a lot of guessing.
I hope I’m alive to see a robot install a steam boiler or HVAC system. 😂
