Not going to argue this is just how I see it: people have been using AI as an excuse to not learn how, and it's undermining the hard work and passion poured into art by their creators. "Oh but I can't draw so I'm an AI artist" no, you aren't. It took me so long to get to where I am now, I am currently self taught and got accepted into a competitive art program at a new school. Artists have always been undermined, underpaid, etc and now with AI taking that away from us, there's not a lot left. We have to fight the use of it to keep the emotion, time, effort, and even our abilities and styles in our art because of some robot able to "replicate" an artist. Along with that, the creator of Ghibli basically even stated that AI is soulless and takes away the humanity in art. Learn how, using AI is just a lame excuse to not learn.
