@@armintanzarian9296 Incorrect. Humans can learn from ANY AI, they just can't get an official Degree from any AI, just the same as real life where I can watch any video about how to do surgery, but it does not grant me the license to practice surgery.
Just as humans requires "licenses" to perform certain types of work, so should AI be "certified" to perform similar kinds of work. A generalist AI can teach "Medicine" all day long, but that doesn't mean that the human gets a medical degree from it. This is not considered censorship, it is about making sure that AI is performing safely. Please take the time to re-read my earlier answer. I literally said that stifling free-speech makes no sense in that respect.
From a safety perspective, I would not want a Large Language Model trained to chat performing surgery... hehe so of course it makes sense that any AI would need to pass some sort of certification process before it could do such work.
